ORDERING & PRODUCTION DETAILS
LEAD TIME
Standard production lead time begins once artwork is approved and deposit is received.
Because canopies are fully custom printed, production typically requires advance notice. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to ensure availability for your event date.
If you are working with a tight deadline, let us know — we will always do our best to accommodate rush situations when possible.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time varies based on size, customization, and production volume.
Most canopy orders are completed within approximately 2–4 weeks after proof approval. Shipping time is additional if delivery is required.

PROOF APPROVAL PROCESS
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof showing layout, placement, and colors for approval.
Production will not begin until written approval is received.
This ensures accuracy and protects both you and our production team.
Please review all proofs carefully for spelling, sizing, and placement.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
Because each canopy is custom produced, a deposit is required before production begins.
Deposit amounts vary depending on order size and customization details. Final payment terms will be outlined in yoUr quote.
Custom canopy orders are non-refundable once production has started.
